Living for months in the countryside doesn’t mean being isolated. Quite the opposite: our location connects you easily to the major business hubs of Île-de-France, the airports and the railway stations, thanks to a comprehensive, flexible and modern public transport network.

The gates of Paris on your doorstep, by RER

  • Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse RER B station (3 km, 5 min by road): the terminus of line B takes you straight to central Paris (Denfert-Rochereau in 35 min, Châtelet, Gare du Nord). A regular bus link, or the wooded footpath connecting the residence to the station, makes getting there easy.
  • La Verrière station, RER C and lines N and U (12 km, 14 min by road): a perfect alternative connecting you to the wider Transilien network, towards Gare Montparnasse, Versailles or La Défense. Bus line 5347 provides a direct, regular link between the two stations.

A large bus network for everyday travel

The bus station next to the RER offers a dense service, with many regular lines (SAVAC or SQYBUS networks) serving the whole of the Upper Valley, Rambouillet, the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines technology hub and the Saclay plateau. The Noctilien night bus network also gets you home late from the capital, 7 days a week.

On-demand transport: your own chauffeur-driven car, for the price of a bus ticket

For local journeys away from the regular bus lines, Île-de-France Mobilités runs a flexible, responsive and 100% electric Vallée de Chevreuse on-demand transport service (TàD). Available with a simple Navigo pass, it runs on booking, right up to the last minute.

Taxis and VTC

For private journeys, trips back from the station or specific medical transfers, the area is fully covered by the valley’s independent taxi drivers and by the VTC ride-hailing platforms (Uber, G7) that serve the residence every day.
