Staff on assignment
Business trips and corporate travel, from a few nights to several months.
This offer is dedicated to workers, consultants, managers and experts sent on temporary assignments, from a few nights to several months, in one go or in split stays.
A “home from home” spirit
The emphasis is on complete independence, with its safety net: Cyril M. and his team, who remain at your disposal at all times, like caretakers at your service.
Our studio rooms and suites feature fully equipped kitchenettes (hob, microwave, fridge, crockery): you live at your own pace, keep your life in balance and avoid the weariness of eating out every day.
A “plug & play” stay, with built-in concierge service
To free your staff’s minds from day-to-day logistics, hotel services are included as standard: regular housekeeping, laundry and fresh household linen.
Meals fit around busy schedules: fresh breakfast hung on your door handle in the morning, picnic baskets for days out in the field, or a chef’s meal in the evening.
Framework agreements and sliding-scale rates
Our rates decrease in steps according to the length of stay, for rigorous optimisation of travel budgets.
For companies with recurring needs, an annual agreement or corporate rate lets you lock in preferential rates negotiated for the year, with very flexible cancellation or amendment terms. In short, we adapt to your budget.
The Flat Hotel les Ducs “extras”
- Room loyalty: would you like to stay in the same studio room or suite every time? We do everything we can to make it happen.
- Made to measure: would you like your space arranged in a particular way? With pleasure.
- Long-term luggage storage: between two stays, would you rather leave personal belongings here? Our luggage room is at your service (suitcases must be labelled).
- Service-minded: if you are missing anything at all, do the right thing — contact or drop in on Cyril M. and his team.
Ideas & tips
- Consider our half-board package: dinner, the night and breakfast.
- Would you like to dine with a guest in your studio room or suite? That is entirely possible: just order your meal before noon.
